We picked up the American Greetings Goodbye Card (Good Luck) hoping it struck the right balance between sentiment and utility. The design, a muted palette with a subtle optimistic motif, feels purposefully versatile—soft enough for a warm parting but imbued with that unmistakable Layer underpressure tagline, as if to say, “Good luck may be yours, but we need your purchase.” The card’s stock is decent, not fancy, and the print is clear, which is more than we can say for some flimsy goodbye cards we’ve encountered.
